Job Purpose:

As the Product Marketing Manager for Kalaam Group, the one-stop digital solutions provider, you will be working a lot of the planning and execution of successful campaigns for our enterprise market. We are looking for someone that is excited and motivated towards their responsibility of increasing brand and solutions’ awareness, audience engagement and reporting on the effectiveness of activities. The Product Marketing Manager plays a central role in the planning, management, and execution of external marketing strategies of the company and working with the internal team to keep internal stakeholders up to date and aligned. They are also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends.

Corporate: • Represent Kalaam Group’s brand to articulate its value proposition creatively and accurately

• Ensure articulation of organizations desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, as well as external stakeholders

• Present and maintain a positive public brand image of an organization (participating in events, proactively developing media outreach strategies, developing creative product launches)

• Strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral (print and digital) in tandem with business marketing plans

• Align and communicate external campaigns with internal teams

Tactical Campaigns:

• Assisting in the planning, organizing and creative development of tactical campaign with the marketing team, suggest ideas and engagement strategies

• Develop, own, and drive end-to-end product marketing strategies while developing compelling and sustainable product positioning, messaging, and content

• Ensure the reporting of tactical campaigns are comprehensive and follow the planned timeline

• Work closely and lead cross-functional teams for the execution on integrated marketing channels (press, website, SMS, emailer, etc) to deliver best-in-class product launches and initiatives

• Drive awareness (both internally and externally) of market opportunities, including the challenges that customers face and how to help solve these challenges

• Analysis and report the campaign’s development, report on success measures and areas of improvement

• Work with marketing and sales to routinely evaluate and measure go-to-market program results and adapt plans based on learnings

• Be the expert of the product and develop and deliver sales and marketing content to help sales drive opportunities to closure

• Consistently analyze the market and competitive landscape. Become the internal expert on the market and provide recommendations for both product and company direction

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing communication, business administration, public relations, mass communication or equivalent/ MBA Preferable

Skills

• Marcom experience for minimum of 7-8 years

• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel)

• Proficient in English and Arabic

• Experience in a corporate B2B setting, preferably in a technology, Telecom Company

• Exhibits self-confidence, energy, creativity, enthusiasm, lead spirit

• Self-starter and proactive independent spirit with team spirit

• The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced business environment

• Great oral, written, presentation and analytic skills. Ability to predict trends and analytics

• Strong project management and team building skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others in order to accomplish objectives

• Proven success in taking multiple products to launch and beyond.
