Responsibilities:
• Assists cooks in production and preparation of ingredients in a timely manner
• Assists cooks in garnishing and batter preparation.
• Make sure that day to day routine in kitchen is completed
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
• Assists cooks in unloading cooked dishes to the cooling / packing area
• Packing orders as and when needed
• Properly drying and storing all utensils and cooking tools in their respective places
