Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the dough and batter are prepared and seasoned correctly by the helper
• Prepares the food as per specifications and instructions from Head Chef
• Ensures that the food is served and preserved in food serving temperature.
• Coordinates with Head Chef on product availability to ensure smooth flow of operation
• Seasons food according to the requirement and tastes of guests
• Operates various kitchen appliances such as mixer, grinder, cooking range etc.
• Assists Head Chef in designing the menu
• Assists FOH Supervisor in portioning and arrangement of food
• Shall cook all kinds of Indian and Pakistani dishes
