Job Summary

  • Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group consol ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis.
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
  • Supervising group Finance & Accounts department for efficient and effective functioning.
  • Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card).
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
  • Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers' reconciliations etc.
  • Looking after various Banking and financial matters and managing effective relationship and liaison with different financial institutions.
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
  • Implementing and developing accounting software and different management reports.

Skills

  • M.B.A , ACCA , ACMA Will be an advantage.
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
