Job Purpose The cybersecurity engineer plays a critical role in safeguarding critical operational assets. They will be responsible for the design, review and auditing of cybersecurity solutions to defend against cyberattacks, identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Design, review and audit network, endpoint, and application security solutions. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats. Analyze security logs and events to detect and respond to security incidents. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures. Stay up to date on emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Provide technical guidance and support to other professionals in OT environment. Participate in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. Work with other departments to ensure the integration of security into Operational processes. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences about cybersecurity issues. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, computer science, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant with an advanced degree desirable. Min. 2 years in Operational Technology Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Skills: Working experience in business-critical environments, Industrial Networks, Operating Systems, Coding and software analysis. Experience with security tools and technologies. Professional Cybersecurity certification.
