Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during calibration activities.
  • Stay informed about new calibration techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Train and mentor calibration technicians on proper calibration techniques and procedures.
  • Maintain calibration records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track calibration schedules to ensure all equipment is calibrated on time and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement calibration procedures and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and manage a team of calibration technicians to ensure accurate and timely calibration of equipment.
  • To Independently Run the Calibration Department in Accordance with the Requirement of ISO Procedure.
  • Certification of the Equipments and Authorized Signatory.
  • Preparation of documentation/updating ISO Requirements as and when required.
  • Generation of Business from the Market according to the Business Targets.
  • Record all the Details of the Equipments and Customers.
  • Checking Equipments condition and recording the same when receive.
  • Handling Equipments with Care.
  • Reading/Understanding Technical/Support Documents of Equipment prior starting the Job.
  • Follow the Calibration/Test As Per The Procedure And Instructions From The Superior.
  • Reporting to Superior about the Failures/Malfunctions of the Equipments.
  • Making Proper Reports of Calibration/Test and Certificates.
  • Checking all Equipments and Documents during Delivery to the Customer.
  • Following all the Quality Procedure/System for Laboratory’s Documentation, Recording and Information.
  • Keeping All the Laboratory Assets and Master Equipments in proper location, clean and neat.
  • Checking Performance of Master Equipments Regularly.
  • Checking Calibration/Maintenance Record of Master Equipment Regularly.
  • Report to Customer’s Site on time with all the required Equipments and Documents.
  • Follow the Safety Rules and use the Required Personnel Protective Equipments.
  • Observing the condition of Equipment and report to the Concerned Personnel.
  • Choosing Appropriate Location to Perform the Calibration Test.
  • Reporting unsafe conditions of Equipment/Calibration Job.

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION: Diploma in Instrumentation or Mechanical CERTIFICATION: Any Additional Certification is an Added Advantage EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years Fully Familiar with ISO Procedures (17025) with Gulf Experience and GCC Driving License LANGUAGE: Must Speak English
